Return Policy

You may request returns or exchange for the most items you bought on within 10 days of receipt of the order. Products are returnable within the applicable return window only.

How to request for Returns & Exchange?

1.       Go to Your Order and click on the order your wish to request Return/Exchange for.

2.       Select the item(s) and Click on Return or Exchange

3.       Select a reason for return and write your comments and click on ‘Submit’.

Lingerie items such as Panties, G-Strings, Bikini Bottoms, Thongs, Briefs, Stockings, Pasties and Garters are not accepted in return as per standard online shopping terms and for hygiene reasons. Please make sure to check the correct size and other necessary details before placing an order. You can reach out to our Customer Care in case if you have any queries.

Once you return a product to us, we will add the value of your Order (excluding any Shipping and/or Cash on Delivery Charges) back in your account.

Guidelines for returning an item:

1.       Product should be in original condition such as with Tags, Labels and Packaging intact. All products to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in resell-able condition.

2.       If the returned item is used, we reserve the right to decline your return request after further communication and internal investigation.

3.       Pack the item properly you wish to return and ship back to us. Kindly ensure to pack the items securely to avoid any damage during transit. There are two ways to return the product to us:

        a.       Return Pick up: Your address and the item that you wish to return should be eligible for return pick up. We have free pickup service in most of locations. In case if your location/pin code is not serviceable, please choose Self-Ship.

        b.      Self-Ship:  Customer can ship the product back to us using their preferred and reliable shipping/courier service. We will credit Rs. 100 into your Mpitude Store Credit account or will give you a coupon which can be redeemed in next purchase applicable to any order above Rs 500.

4.       Once we receive Pick up Request or returned product using self-ship, we will do a quality check at our end to ensure all products meet our return or exchange criteria.

5.       All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your Pin Code being serviceable.

6.       In case the items handed over to the courier doesn’t match the details of the items mentioned in return order request, we will do an internal investigation and communicate with you accordingly.

7.       Any Self-Ship should be done only after making a Return Request through our return/exchange process. We will not process the return until we are notified of.

Guidelines for exchange:

1.       Customers can create Exchange Request within 10 Days of delivery only if the product is in original condition, unused, unwashed and with all Tags, Labels intact.

2.       Pack the product securely and hand over to our shipping partner when he/she arrives for the return pick-up.

3.       In case if you have any size issue with the product you already received after exchange, please note that we will not provide any further exchange. You may contact our customer care desk for any size related queries and ask for an exchange accordingly.

4.       Once we receive an exchanged product in its original condition, we will match with the order number to ensure it contains all items which we were shipped to you.

5.       We will process exchange and ship your product within 5 Business Days of receiving exchanged product.


How Return Pick-up works?
As soon as we receive a return/exchange request, we arrange a Return Pick-Up from our preferred logistics partner only if your Location/Pin Code is serviceable. Our logistics partner team will contact you and pick up product(s) from your address.

How can I Self-Ship the product?
In case if your Location/Pin Code is not serviceable, you will need to ship the product to us using any reliable shipping/courier service available in your location. Please ensure to send the original order receipt along with product(s) you wish to return/exchange.
